Egypt’s Rowad 2030 to launch 1st e-Arab incubator by Dec. to encourage entrepreneurship – Khalil

Director of Egypt’s Rowad 2030 program Ghada Khalil said the program will launch the first e-Arab incubator in December to encourage youths and entrepreneurs through offering them all needed data and training sessions to start their own projects.

 

She made the remarks during a session entitled “entrepreneurship the main catalyst for sustainable development in the Arab world. The session was held within the framework of the Arab Sustainable Week.

 

Khalil said “Rowad 2030” program is meant to support and encourage entrepreneurship and innovation and it aims to realize sustainable and comprehensive social and economic development and magnify the benefit of youths’ innovations in realizing progress in line with Egypt Vision 2030.

 

Khalil underlined the importance of the program which is meant to boost economy and secure the proper climate for entrepreneurship to flourish in order to get Egypt to be one of the best 30 world countries by 2030.

 

Moreover, the program has launched a “Start Your Future” campaign which is meant to spread awareness among school and university students about the concept of entrepreneurship and how youths can start their own private ventures.

 

She said the program has secure up to 335,000 jobs for youths and organized about 1,800 training sessions for youths in business domain.
